What information do you need to quote a repair?
Send the vessel name and IMO number, the port and berth, ETA and planned departure, a description of the work with photos or drawings, and any class, flag or charterer requirements. Email [email protected] or use our request form.
Can repairs be carried out during cargo operations?
Often, yes. We plan afloat repairs around the vessel's port stay and cargo operations, subject to terminal and master's permits, so the work causes as little delay as possible.
Do you supply spare parts and safety equipment?
Yes. Our marine supply team sources spare parts, consumables and safety equipment, including MED-certified fire-fighting equipment, and delivers them to your vessel at Australian ports.
