HON. PATRICK FARMER, A M. Known as Pat Farmer, was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in recognition of his contribution to Politics, Charitable works, both nationally and internationally and his international achievements in ultra-marathon running.

In the year 2000 Pat Farmer was awarded Australian “Achiever of the Year” By the Prime Minister John Winston Howard. Pat was awarded the National Geographic’s Adventurer of the Year in 2012 for his epic run from the North Pole to the South Pole via the Americas, this extraordinary human challenge supported the International Red Cross/Red Crescents’ work in helping those living in poverty without clean drinking water and clean sanitary conditions, (the cause of millions of deaths world-wide every year). From 2001 to 2010 The Hon Pat Farmer served as an elected representative within the Australian Federal Parliament, he represented the government seat of Macarthur in south west Sydney, New South Wales.

Mr. Farmer’s political portfolio included being a member of the House of Representatives, Parliamentary Secretary for Education, Science and Training, Shadow Minister for Sport & Youth, serving on sub-committees including Education and Training, Communications, Information Technology and the Arts.

Pat Farmer is a qualified engineer and a Director on the Board of The Australian Sports Commission. Pat Farmer is also the owner and Director of an international event management company. Pat Farmer is regularly consulted by business to assist with representation to the Australian Government and plays an integral role is supporting Public/Private business relationships.

Mr. Andrew Fox is specialized in finance, contract management and procurement and tasked with focusing the business and the project teams on their obligations to maintain a planned and systematic approach to meet the client brief and deliver the project objectives by ensuring adherence to policy, contract and to work collaboratively with all project stakeholders  to meet the commercial and performance obligations and to deliver creative solutions against expectations, and bring about sound, risk-mitigated outcomes.

Mr. Fox has over 40 years business experience which includes organising funds, corporate management and the business management of major infrastructural projects for Australian State Government including notable projects such as North West Rapid Transit Systems, NSW Parliament House, and various corporations delivering, commercial build and mining projects (i.e., LNG Chevron, BHP and OZ Minerals).



Mr Dallas Constantine has over 40 years of experience in Global Logistics export, import management, logistics, finance, foreign exchange and trade in the international market. 

He is a Licensed Customs Broker under The Customs Act (1901) and has a good understanding of commercial, business and logistical insight into international trade, freight and management of supply chains.

Mr. Constantine is our international liaison representative and his achievements include acting as chairperson to the Macarthur South West International Partnership Committee (Est. 1999) and establishing a regional partnership between Macarthur Region and the Chinese City of Taian City.


Marine Engineer Class -1 (AMSA), BASc (UTAS), BMS (Engineering)

Mr. Md Ariful Islam has over 15 years of experience in commercial ship operation, technical management, shipbuilding and ship repair in Australia and overseas. He was formerly a Chief Engineer of ASP Shipmanagement (Australia).

Mr. Islam commenced his maritime career as Cadet Engineer within the Bangladesh Shipping Corporation and he has served worldwide in a number of prominent shipping companies. He is also the maker approved engineer for Mitsui MAN B&W large 2-stroke diesel engine to carry out after sales service and repair in Australia.

Mr. Islam is the member of Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technologies (IMarEST) and Australian Institute of Marine Surveyors (AIMS).


Master in IT Engineering (E-Commerce), Dip. FS, Dip. PS, JP

Mr. Mohammad Ali Shikder is skilled in finance and e-commerce. He has held financial advisor roles at AMP Australia, one of the largest wealth management company in Australia.

Mr. Shikder is a successful entrepreneur in Australia and Bangladesh and has private interests in real-estate and property management, textile industry etc. He pioneered the importing of textiles from Bangladesh to major shopping chains within Australia.

Mr. Shikder is also known for his political portfolio and charitable works. In 2016 he established a charitable organization named “Charity for life-Australia” to supporting needy people both nationally and globally. He is an active member helping the local community and is a registered Justice of the Peace.



Mr. Illias Sourdis has over 50 years of experience and knowledge in commodity trading including oil and gas, export, import, mining, construction, transport and shipping. Over the years, he has developed strong connection with the Greek Ship Owners, shipyards and new building experts.

Mr. Sourdis is a business development and marketing specialist and has held various project management roles in Europe, North Africa, all over Middle East including Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, UAE, China and several other South East Asian countries.

In addition to the sourcing of materials and trading, he was also engaged in projects evaluations mostly in transportation and the energy generation sector. He is also the international marketing director for Compacto Global (a soil stabilization company) based in Australia.
